This privacy policy applies to the Atom keyboard (com.commune.atmkeyboard) application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Commune corp (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Child and Family Friendly Design

The Application is designed for users of all ages, including children and families.

• No Sign-In Required: Users are never asked to create an account, register, or sign in to use the keyboard.

• Direct Access: Users directly enter the Application and immediately use the keyboard without any barriers, onboarding setups, or data collection prompts.

• Zero Input Tracking: The Application does not read, log, track, or store words, text, passwords, numbers, or keystrokes typed by the user. Everything typed remains strictly private and local to the system's active input field.

2. Information Collection and Use

The Service Provider is deeply committed to user privacy, especially for children.

• No Personal Data Collected: The Application does not collect, request, record, or store any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII) from any user.

• No Image or Media Access: The Application does not access, process, or request permissions for your device’s camera, photos, images, or media gallery.

• Completely Offline/Local Operation: The Application functions entirely locally on your mobile device. It does not connect to external servers or transmit user data over the internet.

3. Third-Party Access

• The Application does not sell, trade, or share any information with third parties.

• Because the Application processes all functions locally on your device and does not connect to the internet, no data is shared with external tracking networks, analytics provider SDKs, or advertisers.

• The Service Provider may disclose information only if strictly required by law, to comply with legal processes, or to comply with government regulations.

4. Children's Privacy Compliance (COPPA)

Because the Application does not collect, harvest, or request any personal information, device identifiers, or media files, it is fully compliant with children's privacy regulations, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

This privacy policy applies to the com.commune.crob app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Madhan (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Image and Gallery Access

The Application may request permission to access images, photos, or media files stored on your device solely for features provided within the app, such as selecting, uploading, editing, or displaying images chosen by you.

The Application does not access, collect, or share your photos or gallery content without your explicit action or permission.

Images selected by the user are processed locally on the device unless otherwise stated.

The Application does not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.

The Application primarily processes data locally on your device and does not transmit personal information to external servers operated by the Service Provider.
